If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.

If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $125 (some exceptions apply).

You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations at no charge.

There are a few simple steps to follow:

Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

1. What are the different classes of safety apparel?

The CSA lists three classes of garments based on the body coverage they provide. Each class covers the torso (from waist to neck) and limbs, according to the minimum body coverage areas specified for each class.

Class 1 provides the lowest recognized coverage and good visibility.
Class 2 provides moderate body coverage and superior visibility.
Class 3 provides the greatest body coverage and visibility under poor light conditions and at great distances.

Work Pant

These pants work well for my area of work. I do general site maintenance (grass cutting and trimming), the quality has worked well. The ventilation on the pant is really nice too. I do not think the thickness of the pant would work for any construction where there is alot of impact on pant. Works great for me!

Pants are not worth it, steer clear!

Got some last year, yes fell apart, but thought I would try again, with 2 more pairs this year. Asked at the store before purchasing about the quality. They ensured me they do not have many complaints. Bought 2, Wore once, washed once, Waist stitching coming out, just like others say. Just such a waste of cash. Would stay far away from these pants.
